SPECIES AND CLASSES
I'm a Shapeshifter at Poe's Masquerade
The Phantom Thieves may be a fledgling organization, but as they establish themselves they have need of a diverse roster of skills and talents to succeed in their mission to reform society and expose corruption.
Phantom Thieves can take on a number of different roles in support of the organization. Additionally, some Phantom Thieves are not exactly human, but they too play a vital role.
Classes
Infiltrator: Infiltrators are the most common class within the Phantom Thieves. Their primary task is entering palaces, battling their way through Shadows, securing a route to the treasure and stealing it. Infiltrators are Persona wielders with strong combat capabilities who stand on the front lines of a Palace infiltration.
Operator: Operators, like Infiltrators, wield Persona but they take a more supportive role. Not engaging in combat directly, they scan Palaces, helping Infiltrators map the area and seeking out objectives. Operators can support Infiltrators with healing, buff, debuff, and status abilities, but they are not able to directly attack enemies.
Accomplice: Accomplices, unlike Infiltrators and Operators, do not wield a Persona and are incapable of entering the Metaverse. Instead, they are ordinary humans who have learned of the Phantom Thieves and support the organization in secret, usually through information, financial backing, or other similar means.

Species
Human: Humans make up a majority of the Phantom Thieves organization. When a human is wronged by society, they might find themselves facing their attacker's palace in the Metaverse. If their will is strong and they remain unbroken, their spirit of rebellion will awaken and grant them the power of a Persona to fight back against their detractors. Other humans struggle and see the corruption around them and want to strike back. While not obtaining a Persona of their own, they can offer vital aid to those who seek to topple the corruption.
Guide: Guides are animal-like creatures born of the Metaverse who aid the Phantom Thieves in their quest. Guides possess an intrinsic knowledge of the Metaverse, Palaces, Mementos, and the mechanics of stealing hearts. In the real world, Guides appear as regular animals, although they retain the ability to speak and communicate with Phantom Thieves. Within the Metaverse, their appearance is humanoid, but often smaller and resembling the animal form the possess in the real world. Guides are typically animals closely associated with Tricksters such as Ravens, Foxes, Cats, Spiders, Coyotes, and Crows. Guides also have the inherent ability to turn into a vehicle to help the group traverse Mementos. The kinds of vehicles are generally limited to cars and vans, although others may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
