Would I be able to say that D.va is studying abroad, or would she have to have lived there for a longer period of time?

Also, as far as her Persona, would I be allowed to use her Meka as her Persona? I know in the game there's a ship, ufo, and, motorcycle persona, so I wasn't sure if a mech would fall into the same category or not.
